Meal Plan Week 3
It’s November! I’m sure your November is as busy as ours, filled with hockey tournaments, dance, cheer AND we are participating in the Ava Blake Show in Airdrie on the 9th! Check our facebook events for all the deets on this! Knowing that our week is going to be insane my meal plan this week reflects that. As usual, I have linked the recipes that you need, and attached some of my own that you need, as well as written out a grocery list you need for these suppers. MONDAY: Easy Thai Soup - recipe found here
TUESDAY: Ham and Cheese Quiche (https://spicysouthernkitchen.com/easy-ham-and-cheese-quiche/)
WEDNESDAY: Vegetarian African Peanut Stew (a meatless fav from Supper Studio’s November Menu)
THURSDAY: Stirfry Teriyaki - you can use any meat you want here, I used shrimp. Heck, you can even leave the meat out completely too.
FRIDAY: Fridge (our fancy word for leftovers…)
SATURDAY: Turkey & Bacon Veggie Skillet (from Supper Studio - click here to order now)
SUNDAY: Spaghetti & Meat Sauce served with garlic bread. (Freeze your beef and garlic bread after purchasing because it won’t last in the fridge this long!) This is my absolute favourite meat sauce recipe, I have included enough ingredients for you to double it and freeze half.
Groceries:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1.5 cups diced ham (you could also grab deli meat for this)
1 package frozen shrimp
3 lbs beef
dozen eggs
1 cup half and half
2 cups shredded cheese
1 lb butter
1/2 cup parm (check your fridge as we bought some last week!)
1 small package mushrroms
small package spinach
one bunch cilantro
3 white onions
2 coloured peppers
small package snap peas
small package broccoli florets
thai red curry paste
1 Litre chicken broth
rice stick
bag jasmine rice (or your choice)
can coconut milk
lime juice
spaghetti noodles
2 x 19 oz can diced tomatoes
2 x 14 oz can tomato sauce
2 x 5 1/2 oz can tomato paste
garlic bread
frozen pie crust
Pantry items: (check for these, if you don’t have them, add them to your list!)
sugar
soya sauce
salt & pepper
apple cider vinegar
cornstarch
brown sugar
ginger
garlic powder
beef bouillion
worcestershire sauce
