Meal Plan Week Two

I’m back! I hope that you were able to use all or even parts of last week’s meal plan! How good was that Gnocchi Soup though?! And with the chilly weather we’re having it is so nice to have some stews and soups in the slow Cooker! Okay, here’s another week of suppers planned for you!

MONDAY: Lasagna Skillet & Salad (I bought a kit from the grocery store). Recipe here: https://houseofyumm.com/easy-skillet-lasagna-recipe/

TUESDAY: Meatballs & Marinara with Roasted Broccoli. I suggest using frozen meatballs because they’re easier, but if you have time and a favourite meatball recipe, make ‘em! Marinara recipe is on a printable here. Roast your broccoli with olive oil and s&p at 375 degrees until delicious. :) ** DOUBLE the marinara recipe (this is reflected in your grocery list) as you will use it on Sunday!**

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Chow Mein (from Supper Studio’s fabulous October Menu).

THURSDAY: Slow Cooker Meatball Subs (another one from Supper Studio).

FRIDAY: Leftovers, or as we like to call them - Fridge.

SATURDAY: Breakfast for Supper. Eggs, sausage, everything bagels, and fruit/yogurt)

SUNDAY: Veggie Stuffed Shells (coveted recipe here). This is where you will use the second batch of marinara you made on Tuesday.
