Meal Plan Week Five

MONDAY - Best of Bridge Hamburger Soup (served with fresh buns) - this is a slowcooker recipe and freezes super well, so feel free to double up and freeze leftovers! My grocery list doesn’t plan for doubling though, so make adjustments if needed.

TUESDAY - Sheetpan Chicken Fajitas - serve this with salsa and sour cream - we bought some last week, so check if you need more!

WEDNESDAY - Turkey and Bacon Veggie Skillet from Supper Studio. Every time I make this I top it with a fried egg, which makes it completely magical.

THURSDAY - Chicken Caesar Salad with garlic bread. suggestion: cook the chicken for the salad and for the crepes on Sunday tonight now so that it’s ready. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done. Use any seasonings you like, I usually just use salt and pepper.

FRIDAY - Fridge (our fancy name for leftovers)

SATURDAY - Tex Mex Bean Soup from Supper Studio. (vegetarian, and thick, and creamy, and SO delicious!)

SUNDAY - Chicken Crepes with roasted Broccoli for Mennonite Girls Can Cook Blog. Trim broccoli and cut into bite sized pieces, spread on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
