Inside Out Enchiladas

All the yumminess of beef enchiladas without all the work! Lean ground beef, onion and bell peppers are simmered with black beans, corn, strips of corn tortillas and enchilada sauce.  This meal is available in a half size ($29.50) or full size ($52.50) and you can add a family size salad for an additional cost.
