Delivery Days
Delivery of your subscription meals within the Town of Okotoks is every Tuesday between 3 & 5 pm. Delivery of City of Calgary Subscriptions will be done on set on Wednesdays between 8am & 12 pm. Please leave a cooler/freezer bag on your front step if you know you will not be home.
Order Cut-offs
Okotoks: Orders for the coming week will be closed the Sunday before at midnight. Orders will then be fulfilled and delivered on Tuesday. Any order placed after midnight on Sunday will be fulfilled the following week on Tuesday afternoon. We’ve created a simple infographic below to show the cut-offs.
Can I change my meal choices after I’ve filled out the order form?
Yes! After your first order you will receive a form to choose your meals for the coming month. If you change your mind simply fill out the form again and submit.
What if I forget to choose my meals for the week?
If you forget to fill out the form for the week, you have until the Sunday at midnight before that weeks delivery. If you have not chosen by then, we will send you our two favourite meals for that week!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can sign in to your account here and manage subscriptions from there. We will fulfill the current week’s order, if applicable, and then you will no longer be charged.
Can I pause my subscription if I go on holiday?
Unfortunately not. We are, however, happy to hold on to your meals for you or give store credit towards future meals. Just email or call us and let us know how we can best accommodate you! Our phone number is 1-587-364-0060 or email subscriptions@supperstudio.ca
Do you deliver subscription meals over the Christmas holidays?
No, we are closed for two weeks over the holidays, there are no deliveries on December 26 or January 2, 2023. We offer to double up on the weeks prior to and after Christmas, please fill out the order form accordingly. If this is not suitable for you please let us know and we can arrange alternate plans.
I changed my mind and don’t need my meals this week, can I have a refund?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can log in to your account here and manage your subscription there. We are unable to pause or refund subscriptions, but if you need a break for a week, we will offer store credit for the payment that was processed.
Oh no! I forgot to leave out a cooler, and my meals didn’t get delivered! What do I do?
If you are not home and no cooler is left out, we unfortunately cannot leave your meals. They will be available at Supper Studio on Wednesday for pickup. Our address is 88 Elizabeth Street.
Will you deliver to my home that is NOT located in Okotoks?
Yes! Currently, our subscriptions are available within the Town of Okotoks and the City of Calgary. If you’d like to see this in your area, please send us a message to let us know it is needed/wanted/desired so that we can work towards best serving our customers.
